Return and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Space Time Mineral. We strive to provide the best products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are the details of our 15-day return and exchange policy.
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Time Frame: Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer defects.
- Return or Exchange Process
- Initiate a Return/Exchange: Contact our customer service team at hello@spacetimemineral.com to initiate a return/ an exchange. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange. (We are not responsible for products returned without contacting us in advance.)
- Receive Return/ Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) or Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) and detailed instructions on how to proceed based on your request.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RAN/ EAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address (Beijing warehouse) provided by our customer service team.
- Processing the Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference, we will contact you for payment or refund as necessary.
- Refunds
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned item. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return and second time (if applicable) shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at hello@spacetimemineral.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering any return shipping costs. (SPACE TIME MINERAL is not responsible for damage claims or shortages after 3 calendar days of receipt.)
