We use Yun Express, DHL Express, EMS, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or SF Express to deliver your order, depending on factors such as your shipping address and our warehouse inventory. We will choose the carrier to best fit your shipment.

 

We offer free overseas shipping for orders over $99.

  • Order Processing
  1. Normal Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. During holidays, peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be longer.
  2. Customized Orders are processed with 7-15 working days based on the intricacy of the workmanship.
  3. In rare cases where the product is out of stock or the shipping date is delayed, we will inform you immediately through email.
  4. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

 

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  1. Order destination country may levy fees such as tariffs and taxes that must paid. Those charges are not included in your order total.
  2. SPACE TIME MINERAL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

  • Delivery Issues
  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

 - If your package is late, lost or damaged during transit, please contact your local courier customer service as soon as possible. Once being informed, we will try its best in contacting the courier to help find the product but is not responsible for the lost product while in the custody of the shipping carrier.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

  1. Failed Deliveries and Unclaimed Packages

 - If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or is unclaimed by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the package.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
